Complaint Review: Capital Choice Consumer Credit

I reciently recieved a notice for a credit card with an intital credit line of $5,000.00. I sent in the processing fee, which was processed March 22, 2002.

I processing fee was sent by a money order of $43.00 (the money order reciept number is 06471793418). I would really like this a full refund and an oppologetic letter.

I am seriously considering taking legal action against Capital Choice Consumer Credit. Please e-mail me back a list of suggestions that may help me in this ongoing battle.
