Complaint Review: Capital Choice Consumer Credit

I guess I was one of the lucky ones. I too was misled to believe that I would recieve a credit card. What I did not know, was that it was a catalog credit card. I had a gut feeling to log onto the BBB website & check out Capital Choice Consumer Credit. Was I surprised! I immediately contacted my credit union & stopped payment on the check. The Credit Union informed me that they normally charge $20 to stop payment, but because so many of their customers had been taken in by this scam, they were waving the charge.
