Capital Choice Consumer Credit ripoff Gave me a phony credit card. I never got card and can't reach them about it. deceptive company Miami Florida
I was sent a certificate in the mail stating that I had been approved for a $5000. platinum credit card. They cashed my check, did not send me the card. They are unreachable by phone as the phone is either constantly busy or doesn't pick up. They have signed me up without my approval for a 1000 Mega Saver phone card and Hartford Auto club. Neither one of these did I say I wanted.I called each of these companies and each one said that their computer systems were down and they could not retrieve my information. I have had to close my checking account which I did and I will be filing a claim in small claims court against them. Is there anything else I can do?
