Complaint Review: capital choice consumer credit

Around 2 months ago i received a letter saying that ihave been approved for a credit card with a limit of $5000,though i had never applied for such a card.I kept it aside .After about a week i received a certification of approval once again saying if i failed to respond ,the notification might result in terminaton.i was thinking about what to do and in that period i received another notification saying that termination of the cardholder eligibility will occur if i did not respond within the specified time.That was the unfortunate moment for me that i wrote a check of $39 to the company.Till date i am waiting for my credit card .Getting across such scamsters in this great nation is a big shock to me.
