Complaint Review: Capital Choice Consumer Credit

I received a letter with an approval for a capital choice consumer credit platinum card with a credit line of $5,000. I sent them a money order of $43 for a one time membership. The approval verification was made in march 20, 2002. I sent the one time membership in march 25,2002.
