Complaint Review: Capital Choice Consumer Credit

You have to be sh**tin' me. I get this pre-approval for a platinum credit card. So of course I have just relocated to a new area/job, and I could use the credit to make my transition easier. Not the case. A month passes and after getting sick of hoping my credit card is in the mailbox, I investigate to find a phone number that only asks for your credit card number. After pressing some number to hear the list of options, it goes back to asking me for my credit card number! God d**n scumbags. I can't afford to lose my forty bucks as it is. Do I have recourse who knows. They seemed to hedge their bet that the money is not worth the hassel to fight. Horseshit! I'm hear to be a voice. I will be willing to travel back down to Miami where I lived for eight years, to bring some hell. Anyone care to join? michael frisco, Virginia
