Complaint Review: Capital Choice Consumer Credit

Was sent approval certificate saying that I was pre-approved for Platinum Card, all I had to do was pay the membership fee.

After I sent the fee I recieved a phone call from the company saying the card was on it's way.

The card never showed up so I got on the internet and tried to look up a phone number to call the company to see what was going on.

I found a number for the company that was no longer connected, and there was no web page either. While searching deeper for this company's number this Rip off page popped up and I saw the address of the company immediately.

So that is how I ended up writing this letter.
