Complaint Review: Capital Choice consumer Credit

I, evidentally like other people had received a credit card with a $5,000 limit without applying. Luckily I was smart enough to check it out on the internet before going any further. What I want to know is how these companies keep taking people's money, and are these companies ever found and presecuted? Well, they should be, it's definitely illegal. Thanks to all the others who reported this ripoff company.
