Complaint Review: Capital Choice Consumer Credit

I too sent $39.00 to this company with a promise that i would recieve a $5000.00 line of credit. It has been 4 weeks and nothing has arrived. When I found no phone number on my document I decided to search the web. Boy did I get a shock. They debited my account and voided my check. I guess the old saying of "If it sounds too good to be true it is", says it all . Is there any hope of retrieving our money?
