i recently sent them $39.00 for a processing fee and they told me i would receive the card shortly. i wrote a check so if it was a scam shouldn't i see some action of the check going through and being deducted on my account. the check hasn't cleared yet. does that mean that they dont have the check or what. i am so confused and would like some answers. please.
