Complaint Review: Capital Choice Consumer Credit

I had recevied some mail from a company name Financial Department with an address listed at 9590 NW 25th Street, Miami, FL. 33172, inside it informed me that I was already approved for a credit line of $5,000 and I needed to send in $39 to get this Platinum Card. ( that I never applied for)

I began reading the fine print and thought maybe I better check into this a little more. I didn't know where to go, so I decide to go on the net and use ASK JEEVES for the website to Capital Choice Consumer Credit. It immediately brought up the RIP OFF Report page; I read the story of one person that had listed numbers and addresses;
they didn't match what I had on my papers. It just looks like they maybe moving around or using a different names or both.

I would like to thank you for such a place to go and hope that others are help by this and maybe not lose any funds.

I did not send any... so I was lucky enough not lose anything.
