Capital Choice Consumer Credit Scam got me too!
Yes, I recently this year filed a Chapter 7 and was discharged from all creditors. So, I decided to start a new credit , by applying to this company. They sent me a letter stating that I can start a new credit history by paying the one time fee of 38.00 and I can get at least 5,000 of credit.
Anyway, I sent in the check for the thirty eight dollars(using my father's check, but for Michelle Evans at the bottom of the mailed check. Nonetheless, as of this date-- I was on the computer and I found this information and immediately filed this claim.
