Capital Choice Consumer Credit Scam
I was solicited by Capital Choice Consumer Credit to send in $43 for express delivery of a credit card with a $5000 limit. To date I have received nothing; various attempts to contact this "company" have been in vain (either a busy signal or no answer). I paid this $43 fee with a bank check; will try to follow up with them to see if refund is possible
