Capital Choice Consumer Credit is operating to fraudulently take your money. And they want more than the $39 fee. They may try to take automatic transfers from your account each month. I wrote them a check for $39 and had they sent it in quickly, they probably would have gotten away with it. But their greed cost them the $39. Instead of sending in the check, they had their bank take an automatic withdrawal out of my account on December 31, 2001.

I spotted it when I was going through my accounting, and noticed that it was an automatic transfer. Automatic transfers can be disputed and you will get reimbursed by your bank. The reason for your cancellation could be "No services received." Your will be reimbursed the $39 in a few days.

I closed out my checking account just to be safe. When they have your check with the routing numbers they can fraudulently take money out of your account on a regular basis. My advice is to close the account. Also I would advise notifying the Better Business Bureau and the FBI. It would also be a good idea to report the fraud to the banking industry through your bank.

It is beyond comprehension how individuals clever enough to devise this scheme do not understand that they would be far better off in many respects to use their creativity to benefit humanity, but they will learn their lesson, eventually. Good luck and I hope you can foil their fraud.
