capital choice credit card scam
Their misleading info packet left me to believe this was a secured credit card to be used for any purchase.When I got the card.I found it was only a mercandise card,not a credit card to buy catalog items.I wrote a letter to get my money back but no respond.I was unable to locate their phone number until now.
