Complaint Review: capital choice consumer credit

i like all the rest of you recieved this notice that i was already approved for a 5,000 credit card,i was ready to write the check when i looked at the back and read the fine print that states it is not a bankcard and can only be used for there merchandise,cant the better business berau do something about this crap?its companys like this that should be ashamed of themselfs praying off people who need credit,i say we all get together and sue them for all the people they have ripped off.
