I received a certificate in the mail stating I had been pre-approved for a credit card. I thought it was an actual credit card like Visa or Mastercard. I sent them a check for $39.00. Then I received their catalog and realized the card could only be used for ordering their merchandise. Capital Choice then sent my checking account number to a phone card company, although now I know they are all the same d**n people! The phone company debited my checking account for an additional $39.00 in order for me to use the "free" 1000 minutes offered by them. I haven't even used their long distance phone service and now they are trying to say that I agreed to receive the frigging "free" minutes, and I KNOW I did not! Please DO NOT send Capital Choice any money, EVER!!!! I had to contact my bank and dispute the second $39.00 charged for the phone minutes, however I am out the other $39.00.
