I was fraudulently ripped of by Capital Consumer Credit Agency, I recieved a letter in the mail from them for guaranteed approval for a Visa Card with a $5,000 Credit limit, the letter stated that I would recieve a card by sending in $39 for regular processing and shipping and $43 for rush processing and shipping via U.S. Priority mail.

U.S. Priority mail takes one to two days for delivery, it has been a week and one day since I have sent in my payment to this company. I paid this company by Money Order in the amount of $43.00, and which I still have my money order receipt and documents from Capital Consumer Credit.

I would appreciate someone contacted me by phone about this matter. I want to get a jump start on this matter so it could be possible for me to get my money back. And I would like someone to contact me to let me know if I could take legal action against this company, because I would definitely love to, in order to teach this company for hoodwinking hundreds, thousands, and maybe even millions of U.S. Citizens. So must be done about this company and fast.
