Capital Credit Alliance, Inc refuses to cancel my membership
I had called them about my card. And I had told them to cancel because I just don't it no more. The lady told me send them a fax to explain them why I don't want membership card, but they took the money out of my bank account. I had called them why they didn't cancel the card even tho i fax them why. They said," they just can't stop it but the can take the money out of my account. So I am very mad about this situation and I just want my money back they took out(199.99) I think that wasn't right for them to say they can cancel the card when I send the fax to them. It is nothing but a rip off!!
