Please be advised of the company called CCA. They are scam artists. I received an offer that was too good to be true. I was given outstanding customer service and agreed to the offer. But when I called back to ask questions and cancel my order, I was treated like a child.

My story began with an offer for a high limit credit card. Thinking about gifts that I could purchase, I decided to call and inquire about the offer. My first phone call was made to CCA. I spoke with a courteous young man who answered every one of my questions and provided me with a lot of information. Once I agree to the offer...it was then called a "program". I should have suspected something then.

I was handed off to a supervisor who assured me that my banking information was only a matter of record and that I could be billed for any purchases. Unfortunately, I did not read the fine print until later. I realized that I had a certain amount of days to cancel the program or they could automatically debit my account whenever they wanted to.

I called to cancel was placed on hold for 45 minutes, talked to a "floor supervisor" who was rude, disrespectful and arrogant. He told me that I shouldn't have given my information if I were so cautious and that no matter how many times I said I do not authorize or want to cancel, I was ignored and talked over.
I looked up information on the web and found this site for reporting ripoffs. This company has been reported several times. I did report this company to the states attorney in Nevada.

I am making this plea to anyone who reads this. Always question offers and companies. Do research before giving out any banking information. I will have to cancel my checking account that I have had for 5 years. But I have learned a valuable lesson.

Please learn from my mistake. Offers that sound too good to be true or a easy fix...are nothing but trouble.
