Capital Credit Alliance rip-off ..it's not really a credit card, you have to use it at their shops! *REBUTTAL
I got my card in the mail just yesterday. This is not even a credit card. You have to use it at their shops. There is a $19.95 a month charge for something, then a $49.95 a month charge for long distance. On top of this a $99 annual fee.
I called 3 weeks ago to see where my card was and waited on the phone 30 min. then was told no one could take my call at that time.
I have called 2 times since and still no response from them. I have 2 different numbers for them and 2 addresses.
DO NOT GET THIS CARD AND IF YOU HAVE IT DO NOT ACTIVATE IT, CUT IT UP!!!

maybe everyone should read there approval letter and then actually listen when they call in to find out about the card - 1) the card is clearly described in the 4th paragraph of the approval letter - so if you are going to say something bad about a company you might want to get your story straight first
