Capital Credit Alliance Rip-Off
CCA discount certificat of $200.00 with your order of $300. or more. Capital Credit Alliance did not deduct the $200. They chage me the $300. I wrote them a letter statting this, and they ignored it. CCA said I can not cancell my account until balance is paid in full. They also called me and left a message asking if I had moved. I keep calling their phone number and it is always busy. This is the worst catalogue business I have had to deal with.
