Complaint Review: Capital Credit Alliance

I'm a college student in Florida, and yes I was ignorant like most of the other people on here that have submitted reports concerning capital credit alliance and fell for their tricks. I'm not going to go into great detail concerning what they done to me because you can read any other report on here and it's just about the same thing. They are a big rip off. But, I'm wanting to file this report because I have just spent from 4:30 this afternoon until 7:00 tonight on the phone calling CCA fighting with them and calling many places in Las Vegas, NV to get information concerning anything I can do to get this business shut down and to get my money back of course! There is a list of addresses and phone numbers I have received that would help if people would write to them telling them their situation. I'm hoping that the people that are in the same boat as I am will take the time to do this.

First, I want to tell you what the Better Buisness Bureau in Las Vegas told me. They said that they are well aware of CCA and that there is over 530 bad reports on file for this company. So my question was well what does it take to get them shut down, 10,000? Well this lady told me that the attorney general is the one to contact on the matter. All the BBA does is collect the reports. She also told me that CCA was just on T.V in Las Vegas last week for being on the top 10 list for one of the biggest scams, and we're letting them get away with it!! I believe that the attorney general has to know about this company and she's turning the other cheek, and it's happening right in her back yard!!! So please if you don't have the time to write or call every place at least write to her office! It just might do some good! and make sure to make copies of your letters and keep your originals. Oh and one other thing, I've also spoke with my bank and cosidering that there is numerous reports on this company and they are a scam they said that I can dispute my automated debits that CCA took out of my account and they will invesitgate it and there is a very good chance I will get my money back that way. So, if you haven't yet, contact your bank and explain everything to them as well.
