Without a doubt . . . A SCAM! They send you a card, tell you you have $6500 in unsecured credit, then bury the facts in small print. They bury: the $199 membership fee, the $99 annual fee, the $49.95 extender and protector fee, the $49.95 security gurard fee and the $49.95 prefered member fee (I guess if you are a "prefered member", you pay $50 extra). When I call the activation number with questions, I'm referred to a customer service numer (800-760-4045) where a message tells me that they expect a long hold time, and my call will be disconnected after 30 minutes. I finally got a "activation rep" to try to answer my questions. I asked what the address was, and Jamelia told me that it was confidential. I asked to see the catalog online (that I would be making my purchases from), she told me that was only available to members only. I asked her why the only thing I could find on the internet about the company was negative, she directed me to their website, which you can't get in the front door without being a member. I asked why I am able to get right through to the activation center, but not the customer service center, she told me that they have more activation reps than customer service reps. Jamelia was very irritated with my questions, and became quite angry. BE WARNED!!!
