Complaint Review: Capital Credit

Its a Gold Card piece of paper giving you a 15,000.00 credit limit. I lost $37.00 and spoke to Justin the representative at 17148817777 which advised me that if i returned the package back, i would recieve my refund back in 30 days upon their getting it back. I recieved pacage on 09-21-2000 and mailed back that day by UPS ground track. They signed for this package on 09-28-2000. I have not recieved anything. Called on 11-15-2000, got a recording stating they have telephone difficulty and to fax them at 17148817707. It went thru and i tried to refax again on 11-23-2000, send failed. Beware this is just a catolog with junk merchandise which you have to pay half up front when you order.
