Capital Finance Associates - Utah Vince A Loan Scam SALT LAKE CITY UTAH
Capital Finance Associates This company is a fraud! The person named Vince A, kept send me emails. After he sent the second email stating, " this was his second attempt trying to call me." So, I called, asked a few questions about his company. He answered the questions and explained who they were. After I got all the information I needed, we started the loan application. He told me, "in order to submit the loan application there would be a $250.00 charge." He asked for my ,debit/credit, numbers. That's when I said, "I thought you meant once I was approved your company would subtract the $250.00?" He said,"no! I told him I wasn't going to pay the money. He said, " Bye. Hung up the phone.
I contaced the Utah Dept of Banking and Finance and they said it was not within their jurisdiction. Vince need to be caught and shot in the head like the theif and dog that he is. This is a very common scam. Do not send someone money in advance for a loan.

can we get in touch some how, my email- ratushina@gmail.com im in FL as wel, im tyring to get as many complaints about them as i can , they did same to me, took $1250 and nothing was done, we paid them to register our company with state of florida , get tax ID #, prepared business plan, nothing was done. I opend dispute with my credit card company and u know what they did, they provided fake business plan for some other company stating its for our company and they did all job that we paid for !! they all have to go to jail, im filing a complaint with State of UtahDivision of Consumer Protection and FBI so they can invistigate this company very quick and send them tto jail for fradelent docs .
