Complaint Review: Capital Financial Card

Company called me and told me with a 200 dollar deposit i would receive a 2000 dollar credit card limit. When I received the package there were catalogs that I could order from. The credit card is only to order from these catalogs, Now when i called they told me to send my package back and my money would be refunded, after reading all these reports I know that they do not give it back to you.
