I was told that I would be receiving a Capital Financial Credit Card with a 2000.00 dollar credit limit. I was told by the sales rep. that I should go buy some batteries because the company wants to make sure that I will pay my bill on time. I was also tolk that it would take anywhere up to a month to receive my card and Capital Financial Card deducted 200 from my checking account.

The 200 was deducted from my account with me having the understanding that it would be a credit card. With in two weeks 200 was taking out of my checking account and a month later I received a catalog card from Capital Financial Card with no Visa or Mastercard logo. The instructions stated that I could only use the card for their catalog only.

I even attempted to order something online on the official website that I was giving. After I got ready to check out I was directed to a site that told me to send a check or money order for the amount. Now if I have a 2000.00 credit limit why do I have to send them the money. It should be taken off of the card they sent me.
