Captial Financial solicited me in an effort to help rebuild my credit rating offering a fixed low interest rate credit card.

After a 200.00 dollar deposit I received a catalog of worthless products in which to buy from.

The Company is very misleading in their solicitation and preys on the publics genuine attempts to maintain a good credit rating.

This is fraudulant by any means and takes advantage of hard working people who struggle to get by from day to day.

READ the Offer Before Responding!

We've gotten this kind of scam in the mail as well and have THROWN IT OUT. They've done nothing wrong - legally. You haven't read the offer! There is NOTHING in the solicitation these losers send you that indicates that this is a Visa or Mastercard, both of which are registered trademarks of a specific type of banking instrument. Capital Financial SOUNDS like but has nothing to do with Capital One cards or any kind of "legitimate" business. They're selling you an opportunity to buy their extremely overpriced crap on "credit" at high interest rates, and they won't improve your credit score one iota! You've got to read your junk mail. How to tell if it's junk: the postage will be "standard presort". Scammers generally don't send out mass mailings and pay first class postage rates.

It's up to you to remain smart: the scammers are already smart - they get people to send them money for nothing.
