Complaint Review: Capital Financial

A female employee of Capital Financial called me and told me about their company. She wanted to know if I would prefer a Visa or MasterCard. Told me that once I had paid the 200 hundred dollars I would get their catalog, four payment vouchers to help with what my balance was and that it would also reimburse me the 200 dollars and a card and would be able to use both. I was told that from their catalog I would be able to purchase anything from nicknacks to electronics. I noticed quickly that there are no electronics, I could not find more items to buy on the internet like they claimed I would be able to and the items I would like to and have need of are not offered like I was told they were.
