I cant remember when my first phone call was,but it must have been at least 3 weeks ago. They call at least 2 times a day.i keep telling them i am not intrested and to take me off thier list.They keep calling,and i keep hanging up on them.well i had one time when Justin called me,told me he had talked to me last week,and that i hung up on him.just then he hung up on me. is this anyway to do business?? and i keep getting calls just this morning i got one.dont they ever give up??

About Customer Service Reps taking calls for cancellations, and the telemarketers making the calls (Sales)may be true. However, all the trouble Customer Service Reps may go through to give a customer a cancelation number is PHONEY. WHY? Because you are working for a PHONEY business. Cancellation numbers mean absolutely nothing! Calling to GET a cancellation number is a waste of time, which is exactly what that company wants, so it can rape the accounts even more!

Everything about this company is a fraud. Advantage Capital, Capital First, and Premier One are all the same thing.......PAY AS YOU GO MASTERCARDS. Once you are signed up it is impossible to get a refund. It does no good to get mad at the customer service reps. They are not lying to you about anything. You are lied to by the telemarketers.

We don't know where the actually corporate office is and the telemarketers. I'm sure the program can help re-build your credit but the sales people need to explain what it is. In order to get a refund. Go to your bank and make them do a chargeback to the company because you are misled. Then close the accout once you receive your money back. Each company has affilates at least two and you can never get through there customer service line to cancel. These companies will charge you without warning.

You can screw up your account seriously. These telemarketers have no heart and sign up the poor, elderly (on a fix income), young, and retarded. They need to be stopped. The customer service people are just trying to make a living. Even though they may talk good about the company, just listen and decline each time. After a few times they will cancel you. They lose no money if you stay with the card or cancel. But, they must try so many times. Of course, the employees are just trying to make it. Don't hang up. Wait till it is confirmed it is cancelled and immediately contact the bank. God Bless!
