Capital First Bank credit card con scheme deceptive company Miami Florida
Company rep calls to offer 0% credit card. Company debits your bank account for $160.00 and then later tells you the credit card is a pay as you go card. Several weeks later, mysterious charge appears on bank statement, associated phone number is with same credit card company but they disavow any knowledge and give you the run around. When you call the number listed with the charge, you are told to hold for next available teller and left with dead air time holding til hell freezes over.
The more you call to determine what is happening when you terminate your account, the less answers and cooperation you get. The numbers you are given never work due to no answer or the phone number never picks up.

They DO USE both DBA's...why not? They can get more money that way. They are BOTH THE SAME AS CAPITAL CHOICE CONSUMER CREDIT. Along with Peoples Credit with a PO Box in Tampa. That is actually all they have in Miami as well.

An earlier customer service representative stated the company name was Capital First Bank. I have discovered with additional follow up calls that the company is in fact Capital First Benefits. Sorry for any confusion.
