I too was ripped off by Capital First Benefits(AKA Capital First, AKA Premier One, etc. - interesting how they closely match their name with legitimate credit card companies!) My story is the same as all the rest - defrauded out of $29.95, then $59.95, then $99.95 and then another $100.00 from a "client" company!

I, too asked, then later demanded a refund of all money and was brushed off each time. But now, I don,t know about you other folks, I want Blood!!! I won't rest until I've done all I can to put these criminals behind bars. Otherwise, they will just change their name and do the same thing all over again only learning from past mistakes and refining their craft (note all the different names already).

Thus far, I have notified the FBI (as this is involving interstate fraud), by registering a complaint to the IFCC (www.IFCC.com). Complaining to the Federal Trade Commission as mentioned by another victim is another excellent idea. I also notified the Better Business Bureau. If enough complaints are made, the Feds are sure to notice!!!
