Capital First Benefits fraudulent ripoff business takes your money Won't refund when they say they will Miami Florida
Was sent a packet from them in July of 2002. Was supposed to have 7 days to look it over before they charged me $159.90. Had 2 days before they tagged my account.
Called them to cancel, still haven't gotten my refund as of yet, here it going on 2 months.
Someone ought to have a class action lawsuit against them to close their doors for good.

I have been reading all about this company, my sister was frauded by them..What we did was contact the FTC (federal Trade Commission) To date, she has been getting some of her money back. I urge you and everyone else to do the same. All you have to do is write a letter to them through email, They will respond by phone. Trust that they will be shut down, them and there other companies! just go to http://www.federaltradecommission.com/ fill out the info. You might want to contact the states attorney general. The more people get involved the less they will get from others.
