I was ripped off of almost $300 from Capital First Benefits. I filed a complaint with the Fair Trade Commission and The Better Business Bureau. Upon recieving notice from the BBB of my complaint, Breeze ( pronounced Breezy, like the air in her head!)from Capital First contacts me to resolve the matter and refund my money.

I've gotten the requested information together to fax to Capital First to start the refund process and when I go to fax them, the line is always busy (how convenient!), just like the telephone number. I work a full time job with crappy pay, go to school full time, and now am struggling to pay my bills and have food to eat, because this company doesn't want to pay back the money!

Not to mention, Capital First automatically gives your information to a supposed Hartford Auto Club and they start making unauthorized debits of 54.90. The total that I have lost because of Capital First and Hartford Auto Club's fraudulant practices is over $500! Will someone please help me!!!!!!!
