My story is the same as all of the other 394 families who have filed complaints on this "company" here on this site. I had 29.95, 59.95, and 99.95 withdrawn from my account,as well as incurring 75. in overdraft fees. The 29.95 I may have agreed to, but I agreed to it in return for a service I, to this day, have never recieved.

My nightmare started in August and it is now October 07. I too got the same rude customer service as the rest of you. Refused a manager uless I calmed down, told to give my package a few more days. How do you cancell something you never recieved? I was told the only money I could get back was the 99.95. I was told to write the company a letter and send a copy of my bank statement to prove that they deducted the funds from my account.

I contacted my bank when I first noticed the unautherized deductions from my account. I bank with Fleet...I told them everything. They have been great. They cleared my account of the overdraft fees, opened me a new account but kept the other one open inorder to get the money refunded. (I hope)

I encourage you all to report this to your banks. Maybe if a few of us have the same bank the banks will see what is going on and help out. Companies seem to respond better when it is a "big" guy that is after them. Anyone with any information that could help, could you please post it to this report as an update? Wish I had looked up this site about 2 months ago. Thanks for letting me vent to those who understand.
