CAPITAL FIRST BENEFITS ripoff Miami
This company called me and offered a credit card, they stated that to process the information it would cost 24.95 to process that information and send out a package. They also stated that upon receipt of the package I would be offered to continue the member ship or decline, but if i declined i would not be charged. The mentioned that it took 4-6 weeks for that package to arrive. But promply after the discussion on the phone in the space of 2 weeks the sums of $99.95, 59.95 were taken from my account without my authorization or me ever receiving any letter, credit card or package from them.
When i called the company they stated that it was an error and they would refund me, since then i was told to write and fax letter requesting refund. To date have not been refunded. The keep changing their story and their fax machine number change everytime you call about faxing info to them.
This company also state that they report to the 3 reporting bureaus but that is a LIE because I have checked and they do not.
I have since reported them to my bank and put block on them.

Following numerous letters and faxes I have still not received my refunds from Capital First Benefits. I was told on August 30, that they would put the money back in my account on Tuesday, September 3, 2002 but today is September 9, 2002 and the amount was not refunded.
But following that their other ripoff agent (some calling card name PMS - 866-237-0313) tried taking 54.90 from my account but I had already instructed the bank to block all phone checks so they did not get to take any more of my money.
Anyway I am presently flooding them with faxes trying to get my money.
