I called last week and cancelled my memebership with Capital First explaining to them that I did not have the money and after reading the material it was not what they said it was when the man talked to me over the phone.

Today, Sept. 24th I went to get dinner for me and my kids and my debit card didn't work. I got home and got online and my checking account was overdrawn. Not only did they take out 159.90 my bank charged my account $20 for each check. I called them and got the run around. I was told that I needed to show proof that the money came out of my account with my bank statement.

Then she informed me that it would only be for the 99.95 because the 59.95 was non-refundable. I was very upset to say the least. I got online to research this company and found you. Please help me.
