Capital First consumer rip-off fraud Miami Florida *Consumer Comment ..Still Waiting, all lies
They called me on numerous occasions and i turned them down, then they called and stated many bold faced lies about what they were offering. i decided to try it.They stated i wuld receive information in about 10 days, well they took the shipping fees and i never received any info. i called and cancelled my account but they did not cancel it they instead tried to debit my bank again costing me 135.00.
I called and they stated they would reimburse me for the fees all i have to do is fax them the info and they gave me a bogus fax number, it either rings and rings or it is busy. Does not mater what time of day i try there is never an answer from a fax machine to send them my statements from the bank.
Rather funny after i raised holy hell i got a packet in the mail from them now.....I have cancelled my account months ago. Now i just want my money back.

I called the company to cancel my card, the next day my account was debited the $99.00, plus $59.00. The company claimed that the process had already started, and I needed to send the packet back in order to recieve a full refund. We'll I sent the packet back, when I called they said I'd receive a check on the 16th of September. It is now the 7th of October, last I checked U.S mail took 3 days.
