I have been harassed with phone calls by representatives of capital first trying to get me to sign up for a master card. When I finally answered, a representative Lea Allread told me that I have been approved for a mastercard for $2500.00 credit line for a one time processing fee of $29.95 that will be taken out of my checking account. After talking to a second representative that mentioned more fees such as an annual fee of $99.00 and other fee of $59.00, I became disinterested and decided that I did not want it anymore. So I told them to cancel it. They went ahead and billed me anyway for $29.95.Also I found out after that the card is not really a credit card but a debit card.

HOW TO GET YOUR $ BACK AND TEACH THIS BUSINESS A LESSON

#2Consumer Suggestion

I am more than willing to help any of you who have been defrauded and swindled by this company. I am a Massachusetts attorney who intends to file a nationwide class action lawsuit against Capital First and what I think is its sister/subsidiary company Advantage Capital.

This comment is not to be construed as advertising. I already have been contacted by several consumers from other states and I am simply trying to educate the public about Capital First and help as many people as I can get the money back that this company took from them.
