Complaint Review: capital first

We just found out today we had no money in the bank. they said capital first has taking all of our money out of checking account. So we called capital first's customer service number. Everyone time we call they said there was high volume and they got our name and number and they would call us back.

Well I called about four times. Then finally I asked wherte they was located and they said they couldn't give me that information. I thought that was kinda suspicious. Then I got on the internet and found it was a ripp-off. We just want to know what we can do about this?
