Complaint Review: Capital First

OK This is your classic telephone scam for BANK INFO. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK information. NEVER give out your banking information to ANYONE over the phone. Legitemate credit companies DO NOT need your banking information PERIOD!! These guys bait and switch, meaning the first person who calls you can barely speak english, explains the product INCORRECTLY then directly goes into asking for banking info to complete a check by phone for around $29. I was contatced 10 mins ago, I KNOW I HAVE NO CREDIT, I have very POOR credit and would never be granted a $2500 Master Card.

So Iplayed along, and when it came to the point where they ask for bank info I started asking questions, namely if the rep was a US citizen and if so I wanted his immigration and US citizenship info (Where he came in, when he took the test etc.) He got wierd then asked in the background what he should do. NExt I spoke with another foreigner and he also got wierd , finally a man who supposedly was the manager got on and started to explain the TRUE details of this card, the REAL fees and obligations including the fact that I WOULD be charged after 7 days for $199.00 with a monthly fee of $29.00 etc. etc. the REAL DEAL.

While I was on the phone I was browsing this site, at that point I informed him of an investigation into his company and tried a little scare tactic (I have family in the CIA, the US Cabinet and the Secret Service) so I know h*o these guys act.....Well this manager got VERY defensive and happened to mention that this company deals with the BBB and the USPS ALOT!! Yeah well no s**+**, they probably get copmlaints all the time!!!! So DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AND REPORT THEM IMMEDIATELY TO THE BBB in your area.
