CapitalFirst called me Aug.1st 2002 saying Iwas approved for this credictcard everything sound .So they tell me that if I wasn,t pleased with the card I could cancel So I called the bank the next two days to check on my balance.CapitalFirst had already taken the money.So Icalled them,they told me my card will be mailed out in 2-4weeks .Well Sept.came Oct. Nov.10th is when they told me they mailed my card its Dec9th Go Figger
