Capital First ripoff, false promises, deceptive company Miami Florida
I signed up for a credit card. The first time i heard from them they told me it was a fee of 29.95 to get the material.
I agreed to that, after they got all of my information they informed me once i recieved the credit card information. There would be a one time fee of 59.95 and then a yearly fee of 99.95.
After they told me about the addittional fee's I said i wasn't interested.they replied if you don't want it after you get the material you don't have to sign up.So i agreed.
When i recieved the material i looked through it and they wanted me to fill out an application. so i figured i just wouldn't send it in. about a week later i find out they took out all of the fee's. making me bounce several checks.
so, i decided i was going to get the credit card since i paid for it. i sent in the information. the info said it would take 4-6 weeks to recieve the credit card.6 weeks go by, no credit card.
I called them they said it must have gotten lost in the mail we will send another one, it should take about 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks later i called them they said if you have not recieved it by the end of the month call us back.
so i called them back the person said it should be there in 5-6 days. i said is it in the mail? they said yes. well a week went by , no credit card. so, i go to call them on 11-1-02 there phone is busy all day. and i cannot get ahold of any body there.
