This company told me that they offered a Credit card with a $2500 limit and no APR. They told me it was a "Non secured card". I was also told that when my package arrived I would have 7 days to cancel and if I did my account would not be charged.

Two days after the package arrived I realized that I had to deposit $2500 in order to have $2500 credit. I called to cancel and was told that it was too late. When I explained that I had just received the package two days before they said..."tough...that it was not their fault. When I complained that they had told me it was a non-secured card ...they claimed it was because that is the way they report it to credit agencies.

They refused to give me the $59.95 they deducted from my account but said if I sent the package back...that after they received it they would credit the $99.95 they deducted from my account within 14 days later.

Because they deducted this money out of my account I was over drawn and have to pay $30 twice to my bank. This company is a total fraud and I am going to find anybody and everybody I can to report them to. I highly suggest you do the same!

My bank told me that the other day this same company ripped off an old woman. These people are total slime!!!

Dispute the charges... close your account

Have you disputed the charges with yout bank? (They have a form for dispute.) Exactly because banks are so familiar with Capital First, they can get your money bank.

Close your account, request a new one. Otherwise Capital First will charge you again and again under different names.
