Complaint Review: Capital First

This company has taken advantage of my brother (Floyd), he is currently on Social Security and does not remeber agreeing to the proposal. Suddenly his accout was hit for funds.

When I called the company I was asked to supply a lot on information to substantiate his disabilities in order to recieve a refund.

I had a call from the company saying that the refund would be issued on August 20, 2002. We are still waiting on the refund.
