Capital First ripoff! money was taken from my bank account and never rcvd card! signed me up for other progams i didnt agree too. Miami Florida
In june i rcvd call from CF about a Credit Card. i agreed to have the money taken from my account of 59.95 , 99.95. For months they had the wrong addres and would never change it and was promised by 5 reps that it was changed. finally i got it changed. (thinking this is why i never rcvd my card). while waiting for my card, they signed me up for HARDTFOR AUTO CLUB. they state i agreed to it which i did not b/c i have AAA. i found this out when i noticed another 99.97 taken from my account which put me under and my bank account is now closed b/c of this and written off to collections b/c i am unable to come up with the money and overdraft charges that they put me in b/c of this HARDTFORD AUTO CLUB membership.
I tried fighting it but they were ignort and stated tough luck. both CF csr and HARTFORD AUTO.
I"ve been calling CF every 2 weeks waiting for my card. the last time i spoke to them they promised it would be at the correct address in 4 weeks. 7 weeks later i find out their CSR # is busy (aka disconnected). i researched to find they are bad BBB report and much fraud is with the company. This is my only way of getting my money back. and i have no clue what to do about this HARDford AUTO messing up my credit with this unauthurized membership.
