Capital First run around business mistreated and ripped off Miami Florida
I ordered a credit card for 30 dollars from capital first. After I gave them my checking acount number so they could get the money out of my bank. They told me that they would only take out that amount and then charge me for the benefits only if i didn't call and cancel them.
everything went to hell after that. I tried calling them as soon as I got my paperwork from them to cancel the benefits. They just kept saying "I'm sorry sir for the inconvinience but do to our high calls, we'll have to have someone call you back within the hour". The first time I was like, ok, thats fine.
Then it just kept happening and they never called back. I got 2 returned checks from meijer and wal-mart because they ended up taking out almost 200 extra dollars from my account and my checks bounced. I had to pay 50 dollars on top of the amount i wrote the check out for at each place. If there is any way that I can somehow get my money back, or sue this company PLEASE let me know.
