My name is Kimberly Nix. I was called by Capital First on a Sunday evening around a month ago. I was told that I was approved for a Mastercard with a limit of 2500 dollars. The only thing they would need is a one time fee for 19.95. they needed my checking account number.

I gave them my checking account number for a one time fee only 19.95, and I stated that in the recording. They took 59.99 and 99.99 out of my account. Which has left my bank account in the minus.

I am a single mother, I have one child. I was trying to rebuild my credit, which I have successfully done for the last 4 years. I am now broke. I am not broke let me rephrase that, I am in debt. I have no idea how I am going to make it, and all that Bank Of America can tell me is that they are sending me dispute papers which takes time and may be a few weeks before I get my money back, if I get my money back.

I am in tears over this and I have called Capital first and they are not taking any responsibilty for there actionds and could care less about my situation. I did learn a lesson, and yes, I feel nieve. That still doesn't give Capital First the right to do what they did.

Especially when I made it clear this time only you have authorization to debit my account. Please help me, I don't know what else to do? I am going this morning to close my account and open a new one. This not the end to my delima. I have several other issues that this has caused. My paycheck is automatically entered into my account, my insurance is automatically taken out, etc.

Please help me.
