*Consumer Comment: Capital Management...debt from 1986 ???

Twice in the last three years this company has attempted to collect a false debt, and now are placing hand written messages to threaten my aged parents with legal and other proceedings. Terrifying them to NO end. Calling and harrassing and intimidating them to extreme behaviors.

I was also called last night about owing a debt from 1986 which I know I do not owe as we always pay our bills on time. Does anyone have any suggestions to solve this problem?
